The water damage restoration in this Bridgewater Township property took many days to complete from start to finish. SERVPRO technicians arrived to find multiple rooms affected after a water softener unit caused a leak in this home. The water ran into the basement and also saturated the boiler room. The techs used their equipment to determine that a large amount of seepage occurred under the laminate floorboards seen in the Before Photo. The boards needed to get removed so the subfloor could dry and although no wicking occurred into the wall, the baseboards were also taken off. Due to the extensive presence of moisture in the home, multiple air movers ran nearly five days with careful monitoring to ensure the property dried completely.
