Water Damaged Crawlspace in Green Brook, NJ

The damage to this crawlspace in a house in Green Brook, NJ happened due to a sink overflow in the kitchen above. In the Before Photo, production technician Emmanuel extracts the standing water. We have an assortment of vacuums and pumps for water extraction, and we use what is best suited for a particular extraction. Shown in the After Photo is the only access to the space, through which our crew managed to get air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, and themselves in order to dry out the structure completely by the fourth day we were on site. The crawlspace is dry which also has a positive effect on the indoor air quality of the living quarters.
