Wayne Commercial Water Damage Needs Assistance From SERVPRO

This commercial water damage cleanup in a Wayne multi-family residential unit was caused by a washing machine in another unit. The water spread to multiple areas in the home and seeped under the flooring in several areas. The utility room with tile flooring had issues with delamination and the techs needed to remove the tile to dry the subfloor underneath. The water also migrated until the baseboards. Luckily the sheetrock did not require any floodcuts to get the damaged area dried and the mechanicals in the utility room where the largest amount of water entered did not receive the effects from the water.
